How to Read Tabs

How To Read Tabs

}Understanding the Tab Staff:
A tab staff has six horizontal lines, each one representing a string of the instrument.
The bottom line of the staff represents your lowest “E” string.
The second line from the bottom represents your “A” string.
The numbers in the middle of the lines(strings) represent the fret the tab wants you to play.
When the number “0” is indicated then the open string should be played.
